Welders - Welders are responsible for production and pre-assembly welding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; welding various parts needed to produce state-of-the-art products. They weld using GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG) and GMAW-P (Pulse MIG) welds while meeting all quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Powder Paint Technician - A production Paint Technician works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is responsible for safe loading of parts on a conveyor line, preparing, set up and maintenance of paint booth and applying powder paint for a quality finished product.

Mechanical Drafter - The Mechanical Drafter is primarily responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans for mechanical devices, machines, and systems. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to develop detailed drawings that are used in the design and production of new products. You will also maintain current products by making engineering changes to improve quality or manufacturing processes. Warranty Registration Specialist - The Warranty Registration Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and processing Warranty Registrations for Central Boiler and Altoz products. In this role, you will be responsible for follow-up with customers and with Central Boiler and Altoz dealers for any missing information. You will initiate correspondence with Dealers regarding replacement units, second owners and unregistered initial owners. In this role, you need to have accurate data entry skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Marketing Coordinator - The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing plans and strategies to drive sales for the company, service, or product for both corporate and the Dealers. In this role, you will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. You will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, manage and oversee the websites, create and deploy emails to end users and Dealers along with campaigns targeting potential Dealers. Technical Writer - As a Technical Writer, your primary responsibility will be to translate complex engineering documentation and design information into various technical guides and manuals that contribute to the overall success of our products and our dealers. You will create, maintain and update instructions, owner’s and service manuals, and other technical materials for all Companies' products while ensuring adherence to branding guidelines. Design Engineer - The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. This individual will draw new designs and update our current designs. This job entails managing multiple complex projects at the same time while ensuring that all design projects are completed within budget and timeline. Qualified applicants have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree, CAD experience, proficient in Solidworks and strong organizational and communication skills. Machine Shop – Robot/Laser Programmer- The individual will create and/or modify existing programs for work on robotic press brake using CAD and robotic software. Analyze work orders, drawings, specifications and design information. Determine reference points, bend lines in correlation with drawing information as well as assembly application.

Machine Shop Operators - Chosen individuals will be bending, punching, and cutting steel with the proper machine. CNC machine experience is preferred, but not required. This position is a great career opportunity for the right person.

Manufacturing Fabrication Technician - Position will be working with Lasers, Punches, Press Brakes, Robots, and other miscellaneous Fabrication equipment. Training to program, operate, maintain and troubleshoot a variety of equipment would be available for the right candidate. The individual will aid in developing and/or modifying existing programs and tooling for equipment using CAD and robotic software.

Truck Driver - Applicants must have a clean driving record and CDL drivers license. Position will include hauling product to dealers throughout the United States. Two years experience in trucking industry is required.
